The Free Market

The Free Market is just that: it is free and it is a market where individuals and groups trade value for value.  It is a quiet and all pervasive part of the society of humans on this earth.  When individuals form groups to interfere with the markets functioning it falters, slows and shows general signs of dysfunction.  The most notorious such group is known as the State (or Washington in the United States).
But it is still the free market and it is not personally responsible for the errors of those who intervene and interfere with its workings.  A good reminder of this is the short essay by Robert Higgs posted at
The Beacon of The Independent Institute.  Submitted today - a positive note for your consideration.
